Excellent Stay
extra pillow helpful staff luggage storage
The room had two pillows for each guest which I appreciated. Air conditioning worked very well. The staff was both kind and helpful. I was able to keep my luggage both before check-in and after check-out. Breakfast was included.
The neighborhood did not seem especially secure.

I appreciated the convenient location, close to the metro station. It made getting around so easy. the breakfast was good. I found plenty of tasty options to start my day. the staff was very friendly. They were always ready to help with a smile. the room was cleaned daily. I appreciated the fresh towels and tidy space.
The elevator was a bit small. It was a tight squeeze with luggage.

centrally controlled air conditioning lack of variety
The location was acceptable. It allowed easy access to public transportation.
The air conditioning was centrally controlled, it was annoying to constantly call reception to adjust the temperature. the breakfast lacked variety. It was the same every day and not very appealing! the bed felt old.

ok for a short stay, but needs improvement
thin sheet run-down area
I was a bit disappointed with my room. the bed wasn't very comfortable and there was only a thin sheet instead of a proper blanket. the breakfast was also lacking. Not much variety, just a couple of kinds of sausage and cheese, instant juice, and coffee, i found it very uninspired. the area around the place felt pretty run-down too, especially at night. Junkies sat on every corner so i did not feel very safe.

convenient location spacious room rich breakfast helpful staff
the location was very convenient (just a short walk from the metro). my room was spacious, equipped with a mini refrigerator and a serviceable bathroom. i found the breakfast rich with various options like bread, cakes, salad, and fruits. the staff were also very helpful when i asked for directions to nearby attractions.
the furniture looked a bit old and could use some updating.

The staff arranged an airport transfer taxi for me at 2am, and they were kind throughout my stay. I really appreciated it. the receptionist was always available and efficient. i felt very welcome there.

the hotel sits close to omonia square, providing easy access to the metro (only a couple of minutes away). many attractions like plaka and monastiraki are within 15 minutes walking distance. this proximity made sightseeing very convenient.
